The carbonation gets to me every time I try to sneak soda. But you have better alternatives. I was recently turned onto DIET Oceanspray - 2 carbs per cup and there's plenty of flavors. And its reasonably priced. I haven't tried StCroix just cuz of the costs but heard many drink it.

I'm just starting out too although I've done a few trial weeks last year that really were amazing until I fell into my old rut again.
