So I saw this challenge and got so excited. I set a 40 mile goal and I really want to be able to hit it. I have a bad hip but I think the goal is doable. Thanks for the challenges!
I think you are doing great. I would be happy with 4 lbs. in a month because it is 4 lbs. closer to the goal. Keep your chin up. You are doing laps around everyone still on the couch.
