mmmmm if you can keep up long term that amount of carbs then go ahead. I cannot lose weight unless I keep my carbs below 5 gr per day (yes 5!!!) so I don't eat any fruit or veggies, just meat/fish/butter/oil/eggs and a tablespoon of heavy cream in my coffee, no sweeteners they just give insulin surges/sweet cravings. Very good advice I agree with the above. Also it may help to limit things like protein drinks and eat real food instead...watch out for 'hidden' ingredients if you buy factory made food, look at the carbs if hitting 5gr per 100gr of carbs you already know it's too much. Stay away from fruit, not worth it, even blueberries…

So so so true. Since I've given up veggies I feel liberated, my hunger has gone further and my weight loss restarted (have more weight to lose about a couple of stones perhaps). I feel heck of a lot better and eat just when hungry not because I fancy or crave food!
