7/31 Monday, DNW, 1994kcals, 18,036 steps. Child free day so did my first gym visit in weeks! Then did a 5.2 mile walk with my dog in torrential rain. Felt amazing then ruined it by eating half a pack of chocolate digestives! Days to myself are once every blue moon but I enjoyed it, just should have made better choices…
