Finally ! A respectable lunch this week. I was going to pack homemade rice paper wraps but we ate them all too fast. Today's lunch is cherries, cherries, squash, broccoli, carrots, and yuba noodles. Some of the veggie bits were leftovers from dinners I made this week, but I like veggies so no complaints here.

The brand is called "Hilary's Eat Well" and they come frozen. They have a bunch of larger flavors too. I like them because they don't have any fillers in them. Just veggies and beans. I work at an organic market so I am surrounded by amazing options - all day long. Lucky for me! Not lucky for my waist line sometimes.

Lunch for tomorrow- 1/2 cup cantaloupe, 1/2 cup caraway sauerkraut, salad with lettuce, dried cranberries, chèvre, and grapes, mini veggie burgers to put on salad. You guys inspired me to pack some color in my lunch for tomorrow. This is my two layer tiffin with salad (lettuce, radish, tomato, celery, pepper, and 5 oz. chicken); top layer with 1 cup each of strawberries, melon, grapes, and Greek dressing for the salad.
