don't focus on the negative, it really won't help motivate you and normally doesn't change habits. Think back to why you wanted to lose 3stone, how you felt when you achieved it, what you can do now and can continue to do if you stick to your plan. You will find it easier to stay on track than beating your self up.

sit them down and talk to them. Explain why you want to cut back, that you appreciate the efforts they put in for you and that you really need them to support you now. As supportive parents I am sure once you pursued them to your perspective they will help you, even if they choose to have the fry up for themselves. And…

The dirty little secret of losing weight is that there is no secret. You simply need to put less calories in your mouth than your body uses. Just be consistent and be honest with your diary Ps feel free to add me, always happy to help cheer others along

Find something you enjoy. A lunch time walk anything. If you enjoy it you will find a way to fit it in. If you don't you will pack it in after a couple of weeks.

you will lose weight regardless of exercise if you are in deficit. If your normal activity level requires 2700 calories and you eat 2200 calories then you will lose approx 2kg (roughly 4 pounds) per month on average, without any additional exercise.

In the coming weeks and months your going to need something to look back at to see how far you've moved. When the path seems long some times it's easier to look at how far you've travelled rather than how far there is to go. Plus you'll need something for your before and after pics when you succeed

The only thing you can do is keep doing what your doing and be patient. You can't choose where weight will come off.

Make small achievable goals, month by month. When you feeling down, don't look at how far there is to go but how far you've come. A bad day is not the end
