I do body project h20 series. It's free on you tube. It's 20 minutes low impact excerises. Gets u sweating, not too difficult & designed for ppl who don't have a lot of time but still want a good workout. Also, fitness blender has ton of free 30 min workouts from beginner to advanced.

I wouldn't change the calories until the app says to. In the beginning, losing weight is fast, but it will slow down.

And no I wasn't logging my cheat meals cuz I really didn't wanna see that number. These all all awesome suggestions. Thanks ladies. I will definitely start doing what y'all suggested & see what happens. Thank you!

Thank you for your suggestions. I think I will just cut out the cheat meals completely, or make healthier versions of them at least.
