I excerise at home or go walking alone. When ppl approach me about my weight loss, I give them an honest to the point answer: counting calories & exercise. If they have more questions after that, I'll usually find some reason to get away from them.

I'm 4'11.Starting weight on August 2015 was 215lbs. Current weight is 166lb. I currently have calories set to 1350. Depending on my workout, I eat between 1400-1500. Mfp recommend 1200, but I'm know I'm not gonna adhere to that so 1350 works for me at the moment. I have it set to lose 1lb a week. It's going slow & steady.…

Several years ago, my Dr told me I had insulin resistance. I had the discoloration around my neck & chest area. I was overweight at 215lbs. I lost weight, currently 170lbs, adapted a healthier diet, and exercise regularly. Prediabetic should be a warning for u to get itself together so I doesn't turn into diabetes. Or at…

Homemade Kale chips sprinkled with paremasan cheese, plain Greek yogurt with crushed gramhn cracker, peanut butter & drizzled with honey is great for sweet tooth. Grapefruits, banana with peanut butter. If u drink coffee, putting coconut oil in it in the morning will keep u full because of the fat, where u won't need a…

They won't go away, but using cocoa butter or coconut oil daily on those areas will help them appear less noticeable

This test is still done by doctors & healthcare professionals. My fingers didn't touch, so that was added to one of their established criteria of being overweight. All doctors & healthcare officials varie in what they measure to establish obesity diagnosis. Some use the current evidenced based researched ways of bmi,…

Nothing over the counter works. U will be better off talking with your Dr for a prescription appetite suppressant or other ways to lose weight that he/she can safely & effectively offer.

I did that for a while. Had a cheat day & ate whatever I wanted all day for a day. Then I reduced it to just one cheat meal once a week. In the beginning it helped with cravings & such but After a while, I realized I wasn't getting the results I wanted so I cut out cheat day/meals completely. Now, if I really want…

I take phentermine. It's by prescription only & it's a appetite suppressant. U will have a decrease desire to eat food, which will cause u to lose weight. Ur Dr will decide if it right for u by looking at your bmi, doing lab work etc. It's not appropriate for everyone. I've had good results with it, and taking that & using…

My problem was not with bread, but with white chocolate kit kat minis. Every weekend I would buy a bag & eat it & it derailed all my weight loss efforts becuz I couldn't stop eating at one serving size with was 9 minis. The only solution was to cut them out completely. Since doing that, my weight loss has resumed.

Consulting with a speech therapist who specialized in mouth & swallowing disorders. They can evaluate u & ur swallowing/chewing issues & recommend a diet that will be more sustainable.

4 days is not long enough to see results on that medicine. U need to wait at least 2-4 weeks before u evaluate ur results. The medicine is designed to decrease ur hunger signals. Since u been on it for 4 days, it would be better to see if ur appetite has decrease in those 4 days instead of weight loss.
