I've gained a lot of very noticeiable weight in the last year very quick about 20lb.
I've gone from a UK 8-10 to a size 14 (USA 4-6 to size 10)
I've already got quite a few stretch marks from previous weight loss and gain but how can I prevent more?
What has worked or hasn't worked for you? (Stretch marks)
Any tips for weight loss?

They won't go away, but using cocoa butter or coconut oil daily on those areas will help them appear less noticeable0

You get stretch marks from rapid weight gain. If you didn't get any when the weight went on, you won't get them now just because you're losing weight.2

Stretch marks are from weight gain. You will always have them but they will fade over time to be much less noticeable.0

The only way to prevent more stretch marks showing up is to not gain the weight back, and especially not quickly again.
You don't get stretch marks from losing weight.
I got stretch marks with my pregnancies, my last kid was born 22 years ago, and those damn marks are still noticeable, to me anyway!0 -
Stretch marks are from stretching while you gain weight, not losing weight.1
