Can I do HIIT bodyweight training everyday?

I have followed the fitness program from playstore "30 days fitness challenge" ..
Hard plan 1
It perforned everyday except on sunday.
Is it okay?
I also followed the diet plan 1200 cal..
Im worried my body will be accostumed with .. and hit plateau ..
I have lost 3kgs in 2weeks intense training ..

    It's should be ok. I would up the calories another 100 maybe 1300 or so. U may not have the energy to do hiit everyday on 1200.

    if its different muscle groups, yes, if its the same ones then no.

    It's probably fine... because it's probably not HIIT

    tighten up your logging, be more patient

    True HIIT is hard to do every day. Interval training is fine.
