I have cut out only bread and have seen a big difference in the way I feel as well as finally starting to see some pounds come off. I don't cut out fruit, I just don't eat fruit all day - generally just at breakfast or preworkout :smile:

Sugar - Maroon 5, Honey, I'm good - Andy Grammer, A little more - Eric Hutchinson, Good Thing - Sage the gemini, Superbad- Jesse McCartney. Then there is also the option of listening to cardio or workout radio on pandora or spotify. :smile:

For breakfast I usually eat a poached egg on toast or oatmeal and for lunch it's pretty much always a sandwich of some sort...tuna, turkey, etc. :)
