Portion control! Lol, light breakfast and light lunch then eat a healthy dinner and try to get a 30 minute workout of some sort (walking, running, biking, etc)3x a week. That's where I've found the most success. Hope this helps.

So, after all your feedback that is much appreciated I've come to the consensus that I'm going to eliminate the "cheat day".. If there's something in particular that I'd like to eat I'll fit it in by exercising more or recalculating my calories to accommodate. Thanks again!
