I think we might be twins (from our starting points, at least) 5'7" Heaviest Weight: 170 Current Weight: 135 (also goal weight) 32 yrs old Office job as well. I struggle with food and trying to not give in to the temptation that is sugar. I'm working on exchanging fat for muscle and getting more toned. Best of luck to you!
