Time is a factor for all of us so maybe you can start with walks with your child. As your energy level increases try doing HIIT workouts, start with 10min a day and work up to 20min or even 30min.
  • How many meals are you eating per day and how much water are you taking in. Typically, the initial weight loss is mostly water weight. Very important to eat healthy. Also try doing your walks first thing in the morning. Your body burns fat a lot faster by doing so.
