Everything you put in your mouth, count it! Just because WW says that a certain food is "0", doesn't mean it isn't adding to your caloric total. Don't count Lettuce or Celery because those are really LOW CAL foods lol. Confusing things by adding more trackers and helpers isn't helping the bottom line of the caloric total…
