                I got my inner biceps inked 4.5 inch by 2 inch piece and yeah due to the nature of the skin , it bloody hurts ! and since I workout 6 days a week healing is not helping !

                Gia07 is right and scientifically correct... Calorie requirement needs to be calculated as per your body type & weight its not that simple as "just gulp it down" it has to split correctly and evenly.. its taken me over 2 years to gain 11 KG of "healthy weight".. Please don't misguide if your not sure yourself... Again…
