Yes I would definitely suggest to track your food and water!! I think most people eat more calories than they realize and drink a lot less water than they realize.

Was out of town and now I'm back. Pass days for 12th and 13th. Yes 3xs for 14th. Intentional on 12th but couldn't exercise on 13th because had to play catch up from out of town. Back on track of normal routine today! Posting early on purpose to get back into it.
