July 9th and 10th Yes 3xs. I think for hunger's sake that quality of food matters. I like to fill up on healthy fats and proteins to keep the hunger away. This helps me immensely and keeps me on track.

Happy 4th America!! I am taking an intentional pass day today. I will still workout and choose healthy foods but today I won't track calories because I will be eating other people's foods and it is so hard to judge what is in them without asking a bunch of questions 😂
