    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. About 8 strength, 30 walking and lots of gardening.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes!
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes!
    1/3 pass days used.

    I also got in lots of rest between showers.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 3 mile run outside this morning and very active day -- ending the day with almost 18,000 steps.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under, including some "eating my feelings" froyo with my hubby. All that activity allowed for it!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
