Even though, the UAC has an intentional 20 minutes per day base exercise, you can do a simple stroll even on a rest day. Some of the team member push it very hard almost every day. A rest day at base level exercise is a very good part of your fitness program.

Taking it easy is not always my best skill, lol. (Or I’m taking it way too easy and not living a healthy lifestyle. Always working on that binary thinking!) As a pedestrian, even my rest days often have lots of steps in them. I actually balance it out better than I used to, but I appreciate the reminder to make sure I don’t lose sight of the need for slower days.5 -

June 20: My wheels fell off with this over the last few days, but I am in recovery of the situation mode, as well as trying to look my self sabotage in the face. Be back with a ‘yes’ entry tomorrow.8

Pass Day #2!
Exercise: Yes, 90 minute grocery shopping was quite a workout
Calories: No lol
Tracked: Eh, no. I tracked almost everything but any extra bites & licks i snuck in weren't accounted for.
Right you are @RangerRickL ! It's no good over exhausting yourself cuz you think more is better. Getting burnout suuuucks and can really set you back when you get too tired & unmotivated to do anything. Everybody deserves rest, even a full day of it!5 -

9 Pass Days
Exercise? Yes, had a wonderful day of exercise!! Took an outside bike ride (vs inside stationary) for 20 minutes. It was so peaceful and enjoyable. Then in the afternoon a quick 10 minute walk outside to get some fresh air followed by a great evening with water aerobics under a beautiful sunny sky. Loved it!
Calories? Yes, but due to exercise. Over by 58 calories without the exercise.
Tracked? Yes, even the nibbles I took of the rice krispie treats I made for the grandkids this weekend.
@w8goal4life I can relate When we had our flooding I saw pictures of kids fishing out their front yard. Had to find the joy in the situation.5 -
