    Relapse of sickness, but hoping to be all better very soon - like tomorrow 🤣 My sleep gets impacted & then fatigue & I get worse again. 4-5 hrs of sleep
    Last nt. Colonoscopy results were ok! Yay!

    13/16 months in Winner’s Circle❣️ Hope I go another 26 months without an illness 😁

    Only 2 days left. I fully intend to avoid more pass days so I can make circle this month. Have a great weekend everyone!

    much better day. the weather was so beautiful, sunny and warm yet breezy and cool. the walk on the beach was so refreshing, such a peaceful hour to have. now it's raining hard and everyone's safe inside so now it's time for bed. <3

    I was off from work today and spent all day outside on the farm. I worked with 2 horses and did lots of chores. It was about 90 degress F., but a nice breeze; kept hydrated and used electrolyte supplements due to the heat.

    Calories: under my limit.

    I will be in the Winners’ Circle, though it may turn out to be at 3/3 Pass days depending on how the next two days go. Had a lovely lunch out today and then got a special invitation to the VIP evening event at the conference, and the tasty nibbles there put me over on calories. Didn’t go totally crazy, though, which I likely would have done in the past with so many free appetisers and sweets, so I’m pleased about that.

    Haven’t been able to be as active as I normally am, but have made it to the gym every morning, which I’m really enjoying as part of my conference routine.

    Early start tomorrow, so I’m off to bed. :)

    Yes x 3 for yesterday and today - Thursday and Friday, I couldn't get through to the groups again kept saying no Internet buy hey ho!
