much better day. the weather was so beautiful, sunny and warm yet breezy and cool. the walk on the beach was so refreshing, such a peaceful hour to have. now it's raining hard and everyone's safe inside so now it's time for bed.

I was off from work today and spent all day outside on the farm. I worked with 2 horses and did lots of chores. It was about 90 degress F., but a nice breeze; kept hydrated and used electrolyte supplements due to the heat.

I will be in the Winners’ Circle, though it may turn out to be at 3/3 Pass days depending on how the next two days go. Had a lovely lunch out today and then got a special invitation to the VIP evening event at the conference, and the tasty nibbles there put me over on calories. Didn’t go totally crazy, though, which I likely would have done in the past with so many free appetisers and sweets, so I’m pleased about that.
Haven’t been able to be as active as I normally am, but have made it to the gym every morning, which I’m really enjoying as part of my conference routine.
Early start tomorrow, so I’m off to bed.4 -

Yes x 3. I thought today would be an easy day to stay within my calories. However, my 15 year old son made me breakfast of a pancake, egg, and sausage and had it at the table for me. The sausage patty was high calorie, but how could I resist his sweet gesture! I thought I would just use today as a pass day, but I didn't have to! I'm really glad to be a part of this group. It has helped me to form some good habits😊👍🏻 I definitely need the accountability. Thanks!6

I’m taking the month of July off from UAC. I have a two week vacation. I don’t plan to log or track but I do plan to make good choices and get lots of exercise.
