I love this group! I have been a member since May. I have 1 year left on my 18 month goal and then I plan to stay in the group for maintenance support. It has become a lifestyle for me and I have thrived on feeling accountable! The posts and pictures are great in this group. I thank all UAC members for participating!

Pass day for me today. Travel day. Got the exercise and tracked but misjudged calories eating out. My favorite outdoors is hiking mountains and walking the beach. I do just about every outdoor activity but those are my most enjoyable!

I joined the challenge back in May and it has had a big impact on my results. I have lost weight, gone down in clothes sizes and gained strength and energy from working out.
