  • That would be 64 ounces for me but I drink more than that. I cut out sodas a few years ago well except for 1 mountain dew in the mornings at work...it was my coffee. Then I stopped drinking that and started drinking iced coffee....just as bad. Finally I quit that and now all I drink is water. I drink 96 to 112 ounces a day…
