Sounds like you're definitely on the right track! Cutting out frozen foods and pop alone will show results. It's crazy how many pounds those things will make you gain. Anyway, good luck!

Honestly, I'm not surprised by this at all. People use ricotta cheese in desserts, so I don't see why cottage cheese is so weird. Personally, I don't like cottage cheese, butI might try this because I'm a chocoholic.

You should eat/diet according to a diabetic diet. Did your doctor recommend any diabetic classes? If not, call your nearest hospital to see if they have any.
