Day 3, the scale is down again today, but I am going to hold off on updating my weight until Monday. 110 Minutes working out yesterday, 60 so far today. Been under my calorie target every day. (NOT counting calories from Exercise...) Drinking LOTS of water, and eating clean. Just wish I was sleeping better. :neutral:

Hats off to You firstly for your phenomenal achievement, and secondly for sharing it. It is never an easy thing to put yourself out there. When someone is very overweight it seems like an impossible thing to do what you have done. Setting those small goals is key! I wish you a very long healthy and fit life ahead!

I always try to get as close as possible... You have to log everything. The key is to really be aware of what you are eating. I put in an item BEFORE I eat it so I can see how how it impacts my day.
