I have suspected PCOS (Doctor said tests were inaccurate and refused to give me one!) Grrrrrr but I have trouble keeping weight off, and it's hard to lose as well, and would like to lose around 30lb. Definitely need some supportive friends so feel free to add me!

I've done half marathons on just a banana, it's really up to the individual! If you have a tummy that upsets easily then fast, if you like to have something to eat then go for it. I wouldn't worry about it for a shortish run, do what feels right for your body!

My hair gets really dry too with all the washing, especially when swimming, which really dries it out. I use dry shampoo when I can, make sure your hair is dry, massage it in, then brush it out and your hair shouldn't look too grey! You can buy dry shampoo specially for brunettes though too.
