I agree that brushing your teeth works. I always have boiled eggs in the fridge and have if I want a snack mid morning. If I do eat breakfast it tends to be protein such as eggs, fish, sometimes leftover dinner.

Switched from runkeeper to Nike run club this past week. So far really good and this morning I achieved my fasted 1k run.

For me bananas, eggs and yoghurt I find filling. At work I like to eat fruit I can pick at like grapes, blueberries etc.

I usually have fruit, fish, avocado or even salad. Generally I walk or run first thing so breakfast is later for me.

Finally feel over the jet lag and did an early morning run. Slow but will get back into it.

I just came back from Vegas last week and although exercised by walking and running I fully expected to gain. Weighed myself arriving back home and gained 3 pounds so good considering. I found it very easy to select healthy options at most restaurants with one main meal per day, stocked up on fruit for the room as well.…

So many but that is part of my journey. Some key ones are; Thinking I could have that one low call cookie then wind up eating the whole pack. I am not good in moderation. I have always had a problem with snacking in the evenings but this week have changed my diet to more veg, less meat and bread, so far no cravings at all. Also eating later where before I had my meals quite early.

I recently quit on the 1st of March all carbonated beverages and feel much better.

For me I have always had big legs and crossing them while sitting was a bit like imitating a contortionist. I realised recently that I can sit with my legs crossed comfortably.

I used to get wow you look great to an ex colleague not recognising me at all and introduced himself to me, quite funny. On the frustrating side another ex work colleague used to comment that I was disappearing and always seemed to lecture me on what I was eating. This same person was very over weight.

On day 22 on no carbonated beverages and hust got into a new jean size 5 sizes smaller than what I was before.
