Ty and u are totally right on that I usually was more focus on the scale then anything else I started the gym again and its been a week feeling better about myself now and soon I'll reach my goal in know it thanks again :)

Thanks I needed that ;) when I use to be 15 I was 200 lbs and dropped to 115 in 6 months I worked hard on it just started slacking off and back to 153 now its horrible lol but now I joined the gym and doing a diet so far in 2 weeks have lost 8 pounds just need the motivation its not easy :) thanks

I mean I've done it before and had lost weight 2 months 25 pounds just didn't maintain it and gained it back all is motivation ty. @carrieous
