  • Good luck to you as well. I find increasing my dietary fiber normally works really well for me. I am trying also to keep my sugar consumption low. It seems like sugar and fat are hiding in everything.

  • It is based off of your height, weight, and current activity level. So normally mine is at 1500 to lose like 2 lbs a week. So there are 14 lbs in one stone.
