Good luck to you as well. I find increasing my dietary fiber normally works really well for me. I am trying also to keep my sugar consumption low. It seems like sugar and fat are hiding in everything.

It is based off of your height, weight, and current activity level. So normally mine is at 1500 to lose like 2 lbs a week. So there are 14 lbs in one stone.
