  • I never eat exercise calories, certainly exercise can contribute to weight loss but its effect is greatly over estimated unless you are already thin and looking to burn them last few pounds
  • I run 5 times a week and find variety within those workouts, tempo runs, long runs, intervals, new routes, hill runs, gym work, form work...and losing weight.
  • It'll be water and more undigested food in your gut.
  • I lost 100lbs in 2010 and have maintained at around 170lbs since then. The loose skin has never gone away and I don't think it ever will without surgery or putting weight back on. It isn't so bad that I'd consider surgery, people look at my face and can see slightly hanging skin but I'm within what is considered 'average…
