@faithan84 look how far you have come. Cool! :) I just finished week 7. My best run this week was day 2. Today I was glad I could just get it done.
-
I just read that Nike has some problems
-
W7D2 done and I did better than my previous run, yay. 4 km (almost 2.5 miles) Very pleased with that, especially because I ran right after my 50 min workout which made my legs feel like jello
-
W7D1 done. 25 minutes, yes!
-
Sometimes we just have an off day, it is okay. A new day, a new chance. Good luck next time :)
-
Great job, @dixiewhiskey , running in the heat is no joke. @frankie5152 congrats on finishing week 3! C25K is addictive isn't it? I can't wait for my run tomorrow LOL.

I agree with you, I was just showing her some options :)

These programs offer programs from beginners to advanced

I finished week 6 today as well. I haven't looked at week 7 yet. Once you are able to run for 20 minutes, it is not that hard to get to 30. Don't worry too much about it. :)

I added you on Nike+ I just finished week 6

If you are really sick, then don't run. It is not worth it.

I recommend you to look into this training program: http://www.halhigdon.com/training/51135/Marathon-Training-Guide If you want to do walk/run then Jeff Galloway method might be something you'd like http://www.jeffgalloway.com/training/marathon-training/ It's not going to be easy and it takes a lot of time to train Good…

Very inspiring to read you are doing so well! Today I did week 6 day 3. I was thrilled with my performance as I was very happy that I made the 22 min run but I was also very pleased with my pace. Bring it on week 7!

Another week 5 day 3 survivor! :)
-
Great job! Good to hear. And you are so right about good fitting clothes and shoes. Difference of night and day.
-
I will do mine on sunday and I am already quite scared of the 20 minute run. Good luck to you today! Let us know how it went!
-
For me it is the opposite. Outside is harder for me, but way more fun. Enjoying the scenery and the fresh air. Love the outdoors

Week 5 day 2 done. Went pretty well

Congratulations, great job! Great advice! Starting too fast is rookie mistake number 1
-
W5D1 done and it went really well. I ran into these guys, so cool.
-
Cool, you can add me if you want. My name is Jasmine86. It would be nice to see some other C25K'ers on Strava

I am also on Strava. Doing the c25k program now. Jasmine86 is my name on Strava

Congratulations, JSC145! What an accomplishment.

Congrats! And good shoes really make a difference. I do have a light breakfast as well. I tried running on empty last week, but it is not always working for me. I just had breakfast and will be doing last day of week 4 in a minute. Congrats on surviving. Sometimes it is hard. Good job!
