It's not all or nothing. Make (small) lifestyle changes that are sustainable and don't get too obsessed.

I really like Garmin

Agree, very good to see what's going on behind the scenes. I've followed gymnastics for a very long time and it's good to see things finally are seen as ex gymnasts spoke out before of the abuse (Moceanu). It was a sick culture. Medals over children...sad.

I've done C25K in the past and loved it.

1200 cals and so much exercise??? That doesn't sound healthy

Well done! Strava is fun isn't it? Welcome to the club

I've been using my bike more now. But I am not a racer, I'm always taking it easy and I don't bike long distances. It's fun to get some different exercise though.

I have a Garmin Viviosport. I love Garmin, this is my third Garmin activitytracker. My watch is synced with Strava and Garmin Connect.

I hear good things about "The *kitten* it diet" written bij Caroline Dooner. The *kitten* It Diet is not only hilarious, it is scientifically and medically sound. A must read for any chronic dieter.” –Christiane Northrup, MD, New York Times bestselling author of Women’s Bodies, Women’s Wisdom” From comedian and ex-diet…

I also use Fitnessblender (.com) where you can easily filter through all the workouts (lower body/upper body/total body/ etc - how many minutes and what level of difficulty. It's really…

After. I used to be quite flexible when I was younger and now I am so stiff! (especially hamstrings). I try to stretch more now. It could help me with workouts and prevent injury but it mostly makes me feel better when i am not as stiff.
-
Also Fitnessblender (.com) You can easily filter workouts you are looking for, really convenient! I also like Sydney Cummings and Jeanette Jenkins.

I never worked out from home before, but now I have to. I use YouTube to try different things. I prefer doing a workout during my lunch break (I work from home). Some days I feel good and I try to do a harder version and on other days I lack energy and then I choose a yoga/stretching session or an easier workout, just to…

This is so cool! I'm going try this tomorrow
