  • That's a pretty low goal for carbs. In the Low Carb Dieting World, they calculate "net carbs," which means you subtract fiber numbers FROM carb numbers to get the net. That will give you some wiggle room. Google "net carbs" and see if you can find some strategies. Good luck.
