That's a pretty low goal for carbs. In the Low Carb Dieting World, they calculate "net carbs," which means you subtract fiber numbers FROM carb numbers to get the net. That will give you some wiggle room. Google "net carbs" and see if you can find some strategies. Good luck.

Is there a setting where I can track my steps with my FitBit but NOT have those calories added to what I am allowed to eat? I agree with jkal1979. I did great on WW before the points system and back when they first added the points system. Because I could calculate the points myself. But with the PointsPlus system you can't figure out the points in your head. Also with the PP system, you don't have a clear sense of the calories you're eating or…
