I have downloaded shows that I only allow myself to watch while on the treadmill (walking at a brisk pace). That is how I went thru the entire series of Entourage!

I have been wondering this same thing myself. The Garmin app shows way more extra calories than MFP gives me credit for. I don't run but walk at a brisk pace. I find one TV series that I didn't watch when it was out and download it for watching only when I am on the treadmill. A few years ago it was Entourage and now I just started Fat Actress. I only let myself watch while on the treadmill so it is also incentive.
