Yoga or Pilates. Best things ever for my sore back from my bad posture.

You can ask the office staff how to link the dreadmills to mfp. I think they and the stepper machines link. Otherwise just add either aerobics if you're doing a class or weight lifting in the cardio section if you're working on the machines or free weights.

Yep SUP yoga is awesome. I've done that a few times. Unfortunately due to work and study times I keep having to miss out. Bring on January when I'm finished studying. Then I can start up again.

Also there are heaps of free ones on Spotify. I love them!! If nothing else they relax me and give me a great nights sleep.

Physiotherapy, yoga, Pilates etc. Eating at a deficit... You can't spot reduce. But you can work on your posture.
