quick question
Hi guys! Sorry I've been absent lately. I've started a weight lifting routine. I started in late may and I'm not sure how I go about adding fast days into the mix. I go to the gym at 4.30am every second day. I guess my question is, can I still fast? Or is it a case of one or the other

I'm back!!
You guys may remember me as karen_fitzgibbon :smile: I had to deactivate my account due to stupid circumstances. Anyway, I'm back and ready to fast again!!! In other exciting news, I start my nursing diploma on the 13th July!!! I'm very excited! A bit nervous about studying while fasting though
