Hi guys! Sorry I've been absent lately. I've started a weight lifting routine. I started in late may and I'm not sure how I go about adding fast days into the mix. I go to the gym at 4.30am every second day. I guess my question is, can I still fast? Or is it a case of one or the other

You can still fast. Try it and see if you can take it or if you get too hungry. Everyone is different in that aspect. You might need to increase your fast cal for a while on lifting days....just go with the flow....0
