My alarm goes off at 4.15. Up and dressed and teeth brushed At the gym by 4.30 5min run on the dreadmill 45-60 minutes of Strength training (5x5) Shower and dressed for work. Start working at 6am. First break is at 9.30 which is when I have something to eat

Second fast day for the week today. So far so good. I'm finding the more I do these, the less hungry I feel. 45kgs or 99lbs. Nowhere near as awesome as everyone else. But thanks to 5x5 I'm slowly building up my strength and I'll hit those high numbers eventually.

My cardio consists of 5 minutes on the dreadmill to warm up before each lifting session lol. Oh and the occasional run around the neighbourhood to run off a bad mood. I'm an inverted triangle too. I lift weights and I'm seeing some results. However because I'm eating at a deficit I'm definitely not bulking up. I am learning to love my strong arms and shoulders. I finally acknowledged that I am the shape that I am.

Fast days this week were uneventful and easy seems as it's horrible, hot and extremely humid at the moment. I don't think I got full calories at all throughout the entire week lol

Do you have access to a library? You could go there and check out their low carb recipe books? I do this a lot and my local library. Also there are plenty of awesome low carb groups on here. Others can direct you to them. Good luck!! :smiley:

I use a bowl instead now. So if I was going to have a cheese and tomato sandwich, I'd just chop the cheese and tomato up a bit smaller and pop it in a bowl, eating it with a fork.
