I'm wondering if either you or he entry made a typo? 4oz is approx 113 grams. It can't have 1100 grams of sodium. If it was 1100 mg that's pretty normal for deli meat I think. I just cook up a big batch of chicken and dice it up then measure it out in 100 gram bags and freeze them. Instant lunch meat

I take eppilum or sodium valproate depending on your country. It's making weight loss hard as fark. Although it's doing wonders for my sanity. Damn stupid pills grrrr

Either add a quick add of 1200 calories or just don't close it off at the end of the day. I used to do this when I was following the 5:2 wol. My dr helped me research this and follows it himself. He incidentally was the one who suggested the quick add. He uses mfp as well
