I'm so surprised you said this! I have reactive hypoglycemia and I just got a blood test to check it and my blood test was normal while on depo. Interesting. I thought it just went away, but this may have fixed it hmmm

I'll never forget when I was laboring with my daughter we had neil young on the play list and southern man came on..now that's a heavy song while you're deep into Labour lol! I'm listening to the Eagles lying eyes

No prob. Have you tried the Jillian Michaels dvds? That was the best exercise for me with young kids at home because I could do it in my living room. When I started them I could barely get through them and was a sweaty hot mess. I've really felt a change in my fitness level from them and have added running and weight…

Thanks for your suggestion! I've tried the Levis and had no luck. I haven't tried the Eddie Baur though I will try them. I will try the other stores as well! I usually just walk from store to store in frustration so at least I have a list now

We'll I guess what some of us are getting at is logging it might not bring you success. Maybe start logging it and see if you are successful and if you're not then just stop logging it. Just have to play around with what works for you.
-
OK lol! Confusion there
-
Yes I added 500 calories for breastfeeding also.
-
How did you find the quality and fit?
-
You can log it if you want. I never logged anything like that with both my kids. If you're an er nurse and your activity level is set at highly active then you're already getting extra calories. It all depends on how your mfp is set up. If youre set at sedentary then I guess you could log more.

I don't really like bananas. I love oreos though lol
-
I like the blue kool-aid one.

Having my pants slip down walking away from a playdate...Maybe not a victory, kind of embarrassing, but knowing your pants are too big priceless!
-
I just wouldn't log it. Then you may eat more calories then needed. Probably counts as your work ie sedentary, slightly active etc.

I have an Oster and tried my mom's ninja and want one so bad!

Is it OK to be on it for 5 years? My doctor wants me off it soon because I'm reaching the 2 year mark. She told me not to take it longer than 2 years. I really like it and would rather stay on it!

I find I gain a bit (like 1-2lbs) before my shot. I can feel the increased appetite about a week or two before I'm due. It comes off though soon enough once I get my shot. Figure I'm the same right before periods due and I only get Like this every 3 months so it's not so bad. Just be aware of your food intake and all will…

I'm doing the strong curves program. Loving it! I can't believe how effective weight lifting is and why I never did it before. I went from a 29 " waist to a 27" waist in just a few short months. My butt perkier too. I'm going to join a gym soon so I have access to a bar and more equipment and more weight. I loooooove it

I have a 40 waist and fit an 8 or 10. My waist is 27" so I go down so the waist doesbt gape as much. It's tighter, but better than having 5 extra inches in the waist. I really should learn how to tailor *sigh*

Thanks for the encouragement !:)

I'm doing strong curves right now. I only have hand weights and would love to get into using the barbell. Currently I squat with 45lb hand weights and would love to increase. I find it awkward and difficult to use the hand weights to squat with because my upperr body isn't as strong as my lower body. Im intimidated to use…

When I started doing the shred after my first child I was sooo unfit. I did it every day, just the 1st workout, and pushed through the soreness. Totally worth it! You can do it! The yoga inferno is so awesome it's not really cardio more like a spinoff of yoga and strength training. Highly recommend!
-
As long as it's not severe pain. When I'm sore I push through and it usually gets better. Good job
-
Do I have to make a point to answer the question?
-
Lol that's what I was thinking! It's a zombie baby
-
Add me! Have you tried the yoga inferno? I love it!

I'm 147 5'4". I'm somewhat happy with my body. I wear a dress size between a 6 and 8. Pants size 8 or 10 and a size small top. Isn't it crazy the size variations! I'm 34-27-41 I find I'm still not happy with the amount of fat on my body. I've really been focusing on weight lifting and want to trim down so my muscles show…
