I've gone 3 weeks now and haven't noticed any weight loss. Think it would take more time? Plan on quitting for good. Not eating anymore than usual either. Maybe inflamation?

I'm doing strong curves for the second time and I'm finding my body is so much stronger. Gained some weight from bad eating after the first round, but I'm finding after 1 month in the second round im seeing results faster. I love the layout and it's extremely easy to follow. I've improved my form the second time around…

I find I can get to about 55% fat per day. Any advice on foods to eat to increase it to about 65-70%? Find it hard to get to the 70% number

I eat plenty low carb veg on the diet and I find it sustainable. Just have to get creative with different meals. My fave dessert is ricotta and cocoa powder with some stevia. Lots of neat recipes. I made lemon poppy seed muffins the other day with almond flour, flax seed, eggs and cream yum!

Keto works so well for me. I was having weird health issues which were resolved with a lchf diet. I can't control myself with carbs and I binge when I eat them so just eliminating them has helped control my hunger so much thus eating less calories and losing weight. Yay!

Yes I do. It's OK to suggest when asked, but to state it on an invitation is incredibly tacky. You shouldn't expect gifts on and stating your preference for gifts on an invitation is extremely tacky. Yuck. I've had the cash gifts request on invitations. Sooo tacky. Things like that need to be spread around by word of mouth and when people ask. Makes me want to bring a toaster. A gift is a gift and anyone should be happy at any gesture. Telling people what to give you is just tacky. I agree with a book by Emily Post.

That's what I think happens with me too. The other poster mentioned about fitness level. My friend and me are similar in fitness level she might be a bit more. If I was working out with someone with a low fitness level I probably wouldn't work out quite as hard.

No that doesn't sound right. I have hypoglycemia and I crash after a meal. It's not from not eating. I have to eat foods on a low glycemic index similar to diabetes to control it. Small frequent low GI meals helps hypoglycemia.
