I'm glad you said figure out what works for you. Protein has NEVER kept me from hunger. And that's always the generic answer. For me it's always been fiber (legumes), healthy fats like nuts, and acidic fruits like oranges.

Any low sodium brands? Everything I've seen is WAY too salty for my limits

Count me in! I had gotten down to 197 from 254 by November 2013 and today I'm at 222. Got to stop it now before it gets worse!
