Why don't you get some non alcoholic wine
-
No you are a healthy weight
-
Make sure you take measurements as well such as hips, chest next etc and check these once a month and you will see a difference

good luck

The important thing is to be honest and log everything and you will lose weight over time. Remember it's calorie deficit so you are still allowed treats and alcohol. Good luck

Sedentary is someone who drives to work, sits on their backside, drives home presses a microwave button and then moves to the living room bending down once to collect the remote control. This is not you.

Hi tried a few diets before and junk food/sweets have always been my biggest downfall. Using MFP I am being honest with myself and although I am not cutting out treats totally I do think no...just the 1 rather than 3 now though. Remember with starting to eat better you will naturally feel better mentally and have more…

No as a guy I have had woman ask this...I don't see it as insecurity or anything. It's something that can easily be brought into the conversation at some point in the evening.
-
Had you set the goal as 2lbs per week? This would equate to a daily deficit 1000 calories
-
You weight will fluctuate daily up and down however if you follow the plan over the long term it will decrease. I am a guy and if I do it daily I can see a 2lb increase sometimes with no real reason. Remember also woman will retain more water at their period.

Why don't you ask him why he asked you out
-
The thing is not to go hard at it for a few weeks but to realise it's fine to eat treats in moderation. Log everything and gradually you will know what calories are in certain treats so you can get to the point where you can enjoy the odd treat as part of a balanced diet.
-
Take your life back by starting to be honest with what YOU put in yourself by logging everything. You have a dog in the picture so if its your start taking it out lots of walks.
-
What height are you Do you know how many calories you take per day? Do you drink a lot? Is the weight muscle gain?
-
I could mention lots of things but will simply ask " If you stuck to this for 12 months and lost 26 llbs how would you feel?
-
Yes its not just you lots of people do this...myself included in the past. There are a few things you can do such as - if you do get a takeaway log the full amount in your diary so you can look back in a few weeks at the day(s) that you have went over and think what can/could you do different. - only eat part of it as the…

doing good so far...just keep it up
-
You have did great so far and with what else you could do that maybe fits in with you Yoga or even some stretching whilst watching netflix Get a Swiss ball or some resistant bands for in the house Put on a decent backbag whilst out with some weights in it
-
Look at your weight report or net calories over the last 3 months and you will see you are doing well. There will be times when everyone will put a 1lb or 2 on 1 week....it could be the result of extra calories or it could just be your body. Either way don't beat yourself up over it
-
Unless you are about 5 foot wanting to lose 22 lbs would make you underweight
-
It did not if you are doing it again. Instead of attempting 90 days of monastic living why don't attempt to change you eating/shopping habits gradually whilst still allowing yourself treats and staying under a healthy calorie intake.
-
I would go to a doctor and take food diary along with you. Best to play it safe

Hi don't be disgusted with yourself and don't lose weight for other people but yourself. As the first poster says its one day at a time so start with recording what you eat so you can build up a full picture and then slowly change things. You don't need to run off and join a gym but you can start slowly by walking more,…

well done
