Every couple of weeks. I used to have a very bad habit of weighting myself every couple of days and I would always get disappointed then give up when the weight wasn't coming off fast enough.

I'm in the same boat! My son is 4 months and while I lost a little baby weight I still have a ways to go. Plus I was overweight before as well.
