  • Yes have just had mine done 3 months ago i have just restarted my exercise program. I do body weight exercises 3 times a week and in between days do squats. Only 2 weeks in and already feel better although still experiencing some pain. Only exercise i have found that i cant do prooerly are lunges try bulgarian split squats…
