  • I have optic neuritis in my right eye from MS. I don't notice it really anymore since my left eye has become more dominant (miracles of the brain!) but sometimes when I'm tired I find my vision doubles again. Soon as I notice it, I seem to shake out of it.
  • I've lost 25 lbs since I started keto. Loving it, except when we go out to eat! I would love some keto friends. This is work and I like hearing other people's ideas and things they like to eat and stay in ketosis. I'm am in phase 2 of the ideal protein diet and looking for keto friends!
