  • No, I was diagnosed four years ago with hypothyroidism. This year I finally went to a specialist and found out it was Hashi's, insulin resistant hypoglycemia and PCOS.

  • Twibbly, my doctor didn't say anything about diet at all. I do know now, four year later, about goitrogens and iodine just by researching it online. Annalisbeth74, I love pinterest! :smile:
