  • We eat a lot of cous cous, and have a basket for the BBQ so can roast veggies in that and mix them with the cous cous with BBQ chicken (we BBQ with Zatar or Peri Peri) We also do a lot of salad, with sausages etc. We often don't have 'carbs' but if we do its often just easy stuff like bread to go with it.
