I think we are close to being twins!! I am 5'9'' 170lbs and I would like to get to 155-150 toned.

I am 32 and 5'9'' Heaviest was 185 now 170 goal is 155-150 it all depends on how I feel when I get there. I am also new to this site and group. :smiley:
